Ben Ali salue la "brillante victoire" de Bouteflika

Le président tunisien Zine El Abidine Ben Ali a adressé vendredi ses "vives félicitations" à son homologue algérien Abdelaziz Bouteflika à la suite de sa réélection à la magistrature suprême pour un troisième mandat.
